Apple Carrot Kale Smoothie
A healthy green smoothie that tastes great too!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk of choice, we recommend almond milk
- 1 cup kale, roughly chopped
- 1/2 large apple (any variety), roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup carrot, roughly chopped
- 1 frozen banana, peeled
- 3/4 cup ice
- 1 date, optional
- 1 tbsp flax, chia, hemp seed, etc, optional
Directions:
Blend all ingredients until you reach your desired consistency. Enjoy!
