Chorizo Al Vino Blanco
Chorizos in white wine sauce is a popular tapas dish!






Ingredients:
- 1 package of Ortiz chorizo barbacoa
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 tbsp virgin olive oil
- Spanish paprika, to taste
Directions:
Using a fork, prick the chorizos a few times.
Heat a sauce pan on medium heat, add the oil, chorizos and paprika, then saute for 2 minutes.
Add the white wine, reduce heat to medium low, and let the chorizo cook for 15 minutes.
Serve with crusty bread
