Greek Frappe
A frothy iced coffee that's perfect for summer sipping!
Ingredients
- 2 tsp instant coffee
- 2 tsp granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup cold water
- 3-4 large ice cubes
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk or coffee cream
Directions
- Using a Mason jar with a tight fitting lid, a cocktail shaker or a thermos, add the coffee, sugar and 2 tbsp of cold water together.
- Replace the lid and shake for 30 seconds or more until really frothy.
- Alternately use a blender, drink mixer to mix but cut the time in half until foamy.
- Fill a tall thin glass with 3 or four large ice cubes and slowly pour in the coffee mixture.
- Add the rest of the cold water or less depending on the size of your glass and 1/4 cup of evaporated milk or coffee cream and serve immediately.
