Directions

Step 1: Prepare the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Step 2: Season the Steak

Pat the steak dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Season both sides of the steak generously with salt and pepper.

Step 3: Prepare the Vegetables

In a large bowl, combine the sliced zucchini, summer squash, red onion, and bell pepper. Drizzle the vegetables with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper. Toss everything together until the veggies are evenly coated.

Step 4: Prepare the Corn

Brush the ears of corn with olive oil, then season them with salt and pepper.

Step 5: Grill the Vegetables

Place the prepared vegetables (except the corn) in a grill pan. Place the grill pan on the grill and cook the vegetables for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring every few minutes, until they are softened and slightly charred.

Step 6: Grill the Corn

Place the corn directly on the grill. Cook the corn for 2-3 minutes on each side until slightly charred and tender. Once cooked, remove the corn from the grill and cut the kernels off the cobs.

Step 7: Grill the Steak

Place the steak directly on the grill. Cook for 4 minutes on one side without moving it to get a nice sear. Flip the steak and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness. Once cooked, remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes.
